Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in food service or retail required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • ServSafe certification required (or ability to obtain).
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve operational goals.
  • RAMP (Server/Seller Trained) certification required or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all grille operations to ensure consistent food quality, safety compliance, and exceptional guest service.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate grille staff while building a positive, accountable, team-focused culture.
  • Monitor sales, manage food costs, control waste, and protect profitability.
  • Oversee ordering, product rotation, PAR levels, and shrink control to maintain strong margins.
  • Enforce health department regulations, sanitation standards, and company food safety policies.
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and staffing levels to meet business needs while controlling labor costs.
  • Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the kitchen and equipment are clean, safe, and properly maintained; coordinate repairs when needed.
  • Prepare reports and share operational results, challenges, and opportunities with the Senior Retail Manager.
  • Demonstrate Snappy’s legendary convenience guest service and set the example for professionalism and accountability.
