About The Position
We are looking for a diligent and skilled individual to join our team as a Grill Station team member. The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and cook various types of food on the grill according to established recipes and guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a grill cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling)
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedure
- Ability to work in a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work in a hot environment
Nice To Haves
- Food handler's permit or certification
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
