Grill Skills: Manage all things grill—from frying to freezing to cooking on the grill—making sure all equipment is running smoothly and safely. Prepping for Success: Set up and stock the grill area with everything you need to make each meal a masterpiece. Keeping It Clean: Clean up the grill area, dining room, and bathrooms, while staying on top of trash and maintenance both inside and outside the restaurant. Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Communicate with your teammates to make sure everything is cooking right and that every order is spot on. Product Rotation Pro: Keep the stock organized, rotate products properly, and ensure everything is fresh and ready to go.
