Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and assemble tasty meals that follow all our safety and health standards.
Manage all things grill—from frying to freezing to cooking on the grill—making sure all equipment is running smoothly and safely.
Set up and stock the grill area with everything you need to make each meal a masterpiece.
Clean up the grill area, dining room, and bathrooms, while staying on top of trash and maintenance both inside and outside the restaurant.
Communicate with your teammates to make sure everything is cooking right and that every order is spot on.
Keep the stock organized, rotate products properly, and ensure everything is fresh and ready to go.
