About The Position

We’re looking for passionate, hardworking individuals to join our kitchen team as Prep and Line Cooks! If you have a love for cooking and a strong work ethic, we want you to be part of our fast-paced, dynamic environment. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm at our Ann Arbor location.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen (prep or line cook experience is a must).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• A passion for food and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, ingredient prepping, chopping, dicing, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness as a Prep Cook.
• Work on the line during service, preparing and cooking dishes according to our menu, ensuring food quality and consistency as a Line Cook.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
