Requirements

Responsibilities
- Prepare and grill menu items following recipes
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- Follow knife safety and kitchen equipment protocols
- Set up and break down prep stations and grills
- Maintain cleanliness throughout your shift
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to keep things running smoothly
- Stay updated on our seasonal menu
- Complete daily cleaning tasks
- Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers
- Adhere to our uniform guidelines
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the manager
