Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cook with a strong background in Mediterranean cuisine and live charcoal cooking. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with a Josper charcoal oven or similar solid fuel equipment, and a deep respect for fire-driven cooking techniques. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative culinary team focused on excellence in execution and presentation.
