About The Position

The Grill Cook will be involved in the broiler, grill, and sauté stations of the kitchen. Providing exceptional service to our exclusive clientele will require an individual that has a passion for service and a knack for working in a collaborative environment. The Club is closed most major holidays and offers PTO, paid sick days, and 2 paid personal days after your first 90 days of employment. Required to work 3 Sundays per year.

Requirements

Willing and flexible to work some weekends and holidays
Knowledgeable in various cooking and baking techniques
Must have prior culinary experience
Attention to detail
Service oriented
SERV safe certification preferred
3 or more years working in the service (food and beverage) industry.
Education may be considered in place of experience.

Responsibilities

Inspect and clean food preparation areas, ensure freshness of food and ingredients, and that food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature.
Collaborate on menu and food preparation techniques and substitutions when necessary.
Present, portion, and garnish food in an appealing manner
