This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives behind the line, works clean under pressure, and takes pride in delivering consistent, quality food for our members and guests. Our ideal candidate is reliable, skilled on the grill, and a natural team player who brings energy and professionalism to every shift. What You'll Do As a Grill Cook, you'll work alongside our culinary team to execute menu items to standard and ensure a smooth, efficient service every day.

Requirements

  • Dependable, punctual, and a team-first attitude
  • Solid knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
  • Ability to execute orders accurately and efficiently during high-volume service
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior grill or line cook experience in a professional kitchen required
  • Food handler/food safety certification required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods in a hot, high-volume kitchen
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain the grill station during service
  • Prepare and cook proteins, vegetables, and other menu items to spec
  • Ensure proper food temperatures, portion control, and plate presentation
  • Set up, maintain, and break down your station before and after each shift
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Support fellow line cooks and kitchen staff as needed
