The Grill Cook performs culinary job duties and maintains a clean, organized and professional work area/environment at all times. To ensure our guests receive the highest standards of quality of food taste and presentation. Help train new staff members to meet HGVC standards. Order food stock from the storeroom as needed, prepare back up stock and prep according to menu specs. Commitment and dedication to our Service culture is an expected behavior to be displayed towards our guests and team members at all times.
