We are hiring immediately for full time and part time GRILL COOK positions at Mohegan Sun. The position involves preparing food and serving customers at the grill station in accordance with current applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure high-quality food service is provided. The schedule includes full time and part time shifts, with days and hours varying, including 2nd and 3rd shifts. Weekend availability is required. The job requires two years of prior high-volume food service experience, and a ServSafe certificate is preferred.
