Overview Graciously greeting guests and closing out tickets while being positive, friendly and always expressing a smile. Other responsibilities include station assignments, communicating products, changes, adjusting guest flow, balancing cash drawers, recording revenue information for the shift, and assisting team members when necessary. Ensuring guests always have an exciting and fun experience while visiting the outlet. Responsibilities Responsibilities may include completing and posting daily or weekly work assignment schedules for all scheduled team members Responsibilities may include performing an opening walk through to check table set ups, cleanliness, appearance, stocking of goods and overall ambience of the outlet (May include stocking retail items) Responsibilities include communicating any menu changes, specials or other information needed to properly assist the guests during the shift Responsibilities include professionally answering the phone, graciously greeting the guest, possibly assisting the seating of the guests and obtaining payment from the guests Responsibilities include providing the guests with outlet information or instructing / assisting guests in areas related to the food lines, retail items and all types of outlet purchases Responsibilities include communicating with the guests any information needed to ensure their satisfaction and enjoyment of the meal Responsibilities include cashing out guest tickets and the handling of cash, comps and coupons. It includes accurately counting, balancing and recording assigned cash drawer information. Responsibilities may include periodically assisting with pre-shift meetings to convey and receive information / concerns from the team members, offer refreshed ideas on service standards, and assist in any way needed to assure the team members are well informed, confident and performing with the highest standards of self-presentation, knowledge, skill and teamwork Responsibilities include cleaning and organizing the cashier stand, entrance to the restaurant and any area assigned by outlet management team Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and security of team members and guests Other duties as assigned
