About The Position

The Houston Texans are seeking an individual for the position of Gridiron Gang. The Texans CHARGE Be Champions in Every Way by Cultivating Excellence and Fearlessly Evolving. The basic function of this role is to assist in the execution of Game Presentation and entertainment elements at Houston Texans home games and signature events.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year working in events and/or live entertainment preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Lively, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-game and in-game on-field and in-stand promotions, activations, and features.
• Engage and interact with fans of all ages during the game/event when appropriate.
• Lead chants at Houston Texans home games and signature events.
• Assist in keeping all gameday props organized, in good condition, and stored appropriately after each game.
• Attend all Houston Texans home games, team meetings, rehearsals, and signature events such as Training Camp and Draft Party.
• Perform various other duties from time to time as assigned by the Game Presentation Coordinator or other Game Presentation Teammates.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.
• Job requires walking around and standing for prolonged periods in various Club premises in and around NRG Stadium and NRG Park, as may be assigned.
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software applications.
