The Host/Greeter position at Margaritaville Beach Resort in Fort Myers Beach, Florida, is an exciting opportunity for energetic and service-oriented individuals. This role focuses on providing exceptional guest experiences by managing reservations, collaborating with supervisors, and maintaining a welcoming restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and contribute to a positive team atmosphere while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Hold yourself accountable for achieving established guest service standards and strive to exceed every guest's expectation.
• Utilize reservations systems like Open Table and manage waitlists efficiently, demonstrating strong customer communication skills.
• Work closely with your supervisor to achieve or exceed expectations, understanding and fulfilling the expectations of the Host/Hostess position.
• Treat the restaurant as if it were your own, taking pride in its appearance, atmosphere, and customer experience.
• Assist in providing a safe and healthy environment for all guests and fellow associates, adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• High School or Equivalent.
• Top notch customer service skills in person and on the phone.
• Standing and walking more than 50% of the time.
• The ability to lift or carry upwards of 20 pounds.
• Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
