About The Position

Vision Clinic Welcome Ambassador We are seeking a friendly and energetic Greeter to be the welcoming face of our optical clinic. In this role, you will warmly greet patients, assist with check-in, answer basic inquiries, and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone. This position will also assist our front desk team when needed. You must enjoy working with patients in a fast-paced environment! You will greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out, schedule appointments, process contact lens orders, and more. As the department of first and last impressions, you should be professional in both appearance and speech. We will train the right person!
