Assist patients in interpreting hospital policies, procedures, and services, and in obtaining solutions to problems and concerns. Assist manager in gaining awareness of patient's perceptions of the hospital experience.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms
Responsibilities
