POSITION SUMMARY An Andretti Greeter isa part-time role responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner. Answer guest questions about the facility and any promotions, packages or activities. Provide guest instructions on starting their Andretti experience with racing, attractions and dining. Assist with guest recovery and notify managers to ensure positive guest experiences. Ensure guests leave the facility with a heartfelt thank you and good-bye. Observe, instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence. Maintain a clean work area. Maintain constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies & procedures. Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers. Be aware and knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures. Perform Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned. Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred. Skills & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday. Requirements
