Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
  • Age Requirement: 18 years or older.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.
  • Driving Skills: Excellent driving skills with the ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure vehicles are parked and retrieved without damage.
  • Communication Skills: Basic verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Professional Appearance: A neat and professional appearance is required.
  • Reliability: Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to schedules and deadlines.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Greeting: Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival at the valet stand.
  • Vehicle Parking: Safely and efficiently park customers' vehicles in designated parking areas while adhering to valet parking protocols.
  • Vehicle Retrieval: Retrieve customers' vehicles promptly upon request, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Vehicle Handling: Handle vehicles with care, ensuring they are not damaged during parking or retrieval.
  • Ticket Issuance: Issue valet tickets to customers and maintain accurate records of parked vehicles.
  • Customer Assistance: Assist customers with any inquiries, provide directions, and offer assistance as needed.
  • Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area, including the valet stand and parking areas.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and traffic regulations to ensure the safety of customers, vehicles, and pedestrians.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the valet service.
