About The Position

The store greeter's primary responsibility is to welcome customers, provide directions, and offer assistance, creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience. They are the first point of contact for customers and play a crucial role in setting the tone for the customer's visit. Assisting with Check-In/Out: In some settings, greeters may be responsible for checking in customers, such as for events, or checking out customers at the exit.
