You set the tone for their experience, creating a warm and welcoming environment while seamlessly managing the flow of our dining room. From friendly greetings to heartfelt farewells, your presence makes every guest feel special.

Requirements

  • A naturally warm, social, and welcoming personality that makes every guest feel like the only one in the room.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
  • The ability to stay flexible, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for the food and hospitality industry and a genuine desire to grow within it.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (12 kg) and maintain a reasonable range of motion (bending, stooping, standing, and walking).

Responsibilities

  • Welcome & Engage: Greet every guest with genuine warmth, engaging in friendly conversation while seating them promptly.
  • Coordinate the Experience: Manage the restaurant waitlist during peak times to set accurate guest expectations.
  • Communicate & Collaborate: Maintain clear communication with team members and managers to ensure efficient table use and guest seating.
  • Reset & Refresh: Ensure vacant tables are sanitized and reset promptly to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
  • Express Gratitude: Thank each guest as they leave, making them feel appreciated and encouraging their return.
  • Be Prepared: Complete opening and closing duties to set the stage for an exceptional service experience.
