About The Position

Business is BOOMING! Due to a recent employee promotion, we are seeking a reliable greeter to join our team. Even though the greeter is an entry level position, it is one of the most important positions within our company. This position is critical to a positive customer experience! We are seeking a high-energy, enthusiastic individual to be the first point of contact with our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers to determine their needs. Then, accurately entering their information into our POS system. In addition, you will be assisting the hood technicians with pulling vehicles in/out of the bays and conducting light checks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, great communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both individually and as a member of a team in a fast-paced full-service automotive shop and quick lube. No experience required; but a positive attitude is a must!

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Sales and/or customer service experience is recommended.
• Solid computer skills a must.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet customers as they drive onto the lot.
• Help customers by determining their needs and recommending the correct services.
• Assist with moving vehicles in and out of bays, as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
• Ensure all work is performed efficiently and accurately, adhering to manufacturer and industry standards.
• Help with phone calls, check-out and follow-up, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
