Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• 1-3 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of telephones, codes, alarms, and surveillance systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Answer the telephone promptly and politely, adhering to client standards.
