Requirements

• Associate's Degree or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years' experience as secretary or administrative assistant
• 4-year degree in business or related experience
• Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with typing and office procedure skills
• Manufacturing experience with a strong understanding of production and plant flow
• Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
• Experience planning functions and events
• Experience in company community involvement/development activities
• Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Arranges, schedules, and coordinates meetings and appointments for leadership team and visitors
• Sets up and maintains files and record systems
• Maintains administrative data, charts, graphs, histories, etc., as required by site leadership
• Provides for a thorough follow-up system
• Performs related duties such as checking, proofreading, sorting, assembling, distributing, placing/taking telephone calls, requisitioning shop consumables/services, operating standard office equipment
• Leads engagement and community outreach activities
• Communication focal for site - ensures that all communication flows in a timely manner as required
• Partners with HR to manage onboarding logistics
• Responsible for budgeting and expense compliance management across all activities regarding culture
