About The Position

Workers will perform a combination of the following duties to maintain grounds/turf of golf course in playing condition: grade new turf area; apply lime or fertilizer; mow rough and fairway areas; cut turf; assist with sprinkler head system, lay sod, dig and rake ground; grade and clean traps; repair roadbeds; plant and trim trees and shrubs; use hand tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, weed-eaters, backpack blowers, golf maintenance carts, rakes and shovels).

Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs frequently
3 months minimum experience required
No education required; 1 month of golf course or landscape maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Smile and greet every guest especially when they’re in proximity.
Provide quick and efficient service.
Remember guest names and use them often in interactions.
Offer assistance and provide options to guests.
Emphasize creating a positive guest experience and building lasting connections by thanking guests and inviting them back.
