Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Two (2) years of related golf course, landscaping, or turf maintenance experience preferred
Comfortable operating mowing and turf equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
Ability to work independently and follow direction

Nice To Haves

Bilingual speaking abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain bunkers daily to ensure exceptional playing conditions
Repair divots with sand and seed following daily play
Blow cart paths and keep course surroundings immaculate
Fly-mow steep bunker faces and edge bunker heads, valve boxes, and paths
Roll greens to support consistency and performance
Operate all on-course mowing equipment including fairways, greens, tees, and rough
Safely operate tractors and heavy-duty golf carts
Use push mowers and other small equipment as needed
Remove leaves, grass clippings, debris, and trash
Assist with irrigation activities as directed
Promote safe equipment operation and proper course care
Support emergency response efforts when required
