About The Position

Greenhouse Retail Sales Associate (Seasonal) Part-time; weekend availability during peak seasons. Starting pay: $15.52-15.86/hr. depending on experience. Seasonal position; season runs from date of hire through mid-late June. Location: 2121 E Mulberry St. Fort Collins, Colorado Love plants and helping people find the perfect ones? Help customers select plants and products based on their needs and preferences. Share information about plants, care tips, services, sales, and promotions. Maintain healthy, attractive plants through daily watering, care, and upkeep. Participate in potting and re-potting plants as part of our potting program. Stock products, receive deliveries, and assist with inventory checks. Keep Greenhouse areas clean, organized, and visually appealing, including themed areas such as the Fairy Garden. Handle customer questions or concerns professionally and collaboratively. Stay informed on product offerings, promotions, and upcoming events. Support overall nursery operations as needed. Requirements What We’re Looking For Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy retail environment. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to receive feedback and grow in the role. Team-oriented mindset with a positive approach. Weekend availability and flexibility during peak seasons. Bilingual skills are a plus. Preferred Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience.
