Responsibilities

• Drive the lab design process, including drafting design documents and overseeing content curation.
• Manage the day-of lab delivery, synthesizing insights and facilitating lab modules.
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior staff and lab producers.
• Own project management for assigned labs, tracking milestones and objectives.
• Support national or local special projects within the Greenhouse program.
