Job Summary : Greenhill’s San Francisco-based Investment Banking group is seeking a Summer Associate to join its M&A team. This group works primarily focuses on Healthcare M&A transactions. The Summer Associate position at Greenhill offers qualified individuals exposure to all aspects of our global mergers and acquisitions advisory business. Summer Associates assume significant responsibilities, including valuing companies using a variety of methodologies, preparing and delivering presentations, conducting research, drafting selling memoranda, analyzing business models and participating in due diligence and client meetings. Due to the size of the team, a Summer Associate position at Greenhill provides a unique opportunity to work closely with clients and experienced senior professionals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Currently pursuing an MBA with an expected graduation date of Spring 2027
Knowledge of corporate finance, securities, financial markets and risk & pricing analysis
Aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative ideas and/or product solutions
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Maturity and good judgement in handling confidential and sensitive information
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to convey ideas
Creativity and intellectual curiosity
Ability to work independently and must be able to work effectively in a team environment
