Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 5 years of machining experience, including CNC setup and programming
Proficient in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), ASME Y14.5
Strong math skills including geometry and trigonometry
Skilled in operating manual and CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and related equipment
Knowledge of standard measuring tools and inspection methods
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical work instructions
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift

Responsibilities

Independently set up and operate a variety of CNC and manual machining equipment
Manufacture complex parts with tight dimensional and tolerance requirements
Conduct and document first article inspections
Program CNC equipment and design/select appropriate tooling
Train team members on equipment, inspection techniques, and production standards
Identify and suggest process improvements for efficiency, safety, and quality
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support preventive maintenance and report repair needs
