Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 5 years of machining experience, including CNC setup and programming
  • Proficient in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), ASME Y14.5
  • Strong math skills including geometry and trigonometry
  • Skilled in operating manual and CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and related equipment
  • Knowledge of standard measuring tools and inspection methods
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical work instructions
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift
  • Applicants must be U.S. persons, as defined by 22 CFR 120.15: U.S. Citizen U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) Protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
  • Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screening, and a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

  • “Certified Operator” status preferred
  • CMM experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Independently set up and operate a variety of CNC and manual machining equipment
  • Manufacture complex parts with tight dimensional and tolerance requirements
  • Conduct and document first article inspections
  • Program CNC equipment and design/select appropriate tooling
  • Train team members on equipment, inspection techniques, and production standards
  • Identify and suggest process improvements for efficiency, safety, and quality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support preventive maintenance and report repair needs
