About The Position

Overview: As a Green Coffee Warehouse Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of coffee from arrival to production. You’ll handle incoming shipments, operate equipment to move and store materials, and support the blending and preparation of green coffee for roasting. This is a hands-on role where safety, quality, and attention to detail are critical. Note that this is a mid-shift position and the working hours are 11 am - 7 pm. What You Will Do: Load and blend green coffee to meet daily production needs Receive, inspect, and properly store inbound coffee shipments Operate equipment (forklifts, Strong Arm, tumble drum) to move, unload, and package materials Package blended coffee into supersacks for production and shipment Monitor and document quality, food safety, and operational procedures Identify and escalate issues related to quality, safety, production, or equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (GMPs, SSOPs) Support efficient material flow and warehouse organization Follow all safety, food safety, and standard operating procedures Participate in trainings and support other production areas as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/production setting and/or a fast-paced environment Previous forklift driving experience Basic manufacturing equipment familiarity and setup knowledge Physical Requirements & Environmental Exposures: The physical demands for this position are: Able condition to work 8 hour shifts while standing, lifting, bending, and reaching Must be able to work on your feet over 9 straight hours Able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive, and lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis Must be able to lift 80 pounds 20% of the shift Must be able to push/pull up to 160 pounds throughout the shift while loading green coffee Must be able to endure constant leaning and bending during shift Must be able to handle/move up to 750 pound bins on casters The environmental exposures for this position are: Airborne particles, fumes, high places, moving parts, muscular strain, noise, odors, high temperatures These physical requirements must be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education, certifications or licenses, other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors, and the geographic location of the role. In addition to base pay, individuals in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/production setting and/or a fast-paced environment
