Aon is looking for a Greater Florida Market Leader, which consists of three offices – Jacksonville, Tampa and Miami. As part of an industry-leading team, the Greater Florida Market Leader will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions across the Greater Florida market. Our strong preference is for this role to be Miami based, as Miami is a major component of the market and will require a corresponding level of attention and presence. Reporting to the South Region Leader, this role oversees all strategic and tactical operations of the Greater Florida market and holds responsibility for leading and driving strategic growth plans across all solution lines. The Market Leader manages the Greater Florida portfolio of clients, champions a positive colleague experience, drives and supports revenue growth, and maintains accountability for overall market results. The Market Leader models a “one-firm” mentality in all situations. This individual is also accountable for implementing business strategies, developing and achieving sales goals, driving and communicating financial goals, and ensuring operational excellence.
