The Great Starts Master's Level Team Leader will assist management in the overall supervision and administration of daily operations in the treatment and rehabilitation of families, mentor women in recovery through a trauma-informed approach, and ensure a safe and friendly atmosphere is maintained.

Requirements

  • One-year experience providing trauma-treatment services to women preferred.
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field required.
  • Degree in clinical license-eligible pathway required.
  • Training in trauma-informed care and treatment interventions required.
  • Training in co-occurring disorders, evidence-based trauma treatment strategies, and cultural diversity required.
  • Clinical licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist management in the overall supervision and administration of daily operations in the treatment and rehabilitation of families.
  • Mentor women in recovery through a trauma-informed approach.
  • Ensure a safe, quiet, and friendly atmosphere is maintained, house rules are observed, and the facility is kept clean and orderly.
  • Propose solutions for daily operations, focusing on house job assignments, transportation, participant appointments, and treatment functions.
  • Coordinate with management and participants in record keeping, paperwork, and communication.
  • Provide appropriate involvement in coordination with other staff and participants to adhere to health, safety, and security measures.
  • Provide support and supervision to direct reports.
  • Oversee and/or complete assigned administrative tasks in a timely manner.
  • Provide on-call support according to planned rotation, including support for staff in handling client situations.
  • Hire, orient, and train new staff.
  • Perform other reasonable related job responsibilities as assigned.

Benefits

  • Starting salary for this position is approximately $54,864 /yr based on relevant experience and education.
