In this role, you will be responsible for collecting dishware from tables, sanitizing, and resetting tables. You will work closely with the front of house team to ensure that tables are cleaned/sanitized quickly, communicating that the table is ready for use again. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll provide friendly, responsive service to create a beyond expectation dining experience for all guests
Requirements
- Restaurant, hotel, resort, or customer service experience helpful.
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are a must with the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the Resort
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, serve guests bread, butter, and water if applicable to restaurant’s service steps on arrival, and provide drink refills as needed
- Take dirty tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in the appropriate areas for washing
- Remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables after guests leave
- Between seating’s, promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop
- Communicate with server and hostess/host to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service
