About The Position

Worldwide manufacturer of extensive line of maintenance, repair and supply products to customers in over 55 countries worldwide is looking for a Grease Tube Line Operator for our Mohawk Labs facility in Irving, TX. The role involves filling and packaging various chemical products according to standards at Mohawk Labs, operating the grease tube line, and managing the loading and offloading of components and cases.

Requirements

• Ability to operate filling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to break down drums weighing up to 400 lbs.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Flexibility in handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operates grease tube line and makes adjustments as needed.
• Loads empty tubes onto conveyor.
• Packs filled tubes into quarter cases and full cases onto pallets.
• Fills, labels, and packages orders according to customer specifications.
• Fills product into containers of various sizes including pails, drums, and tote tanks.
• Annotates proper paperwork and signs off on completed work.
• Operates filling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conducts inventory and cycle counts.
• Works well with others in a team environment.
• Handles multiple priorities and demonstrates flexibility.
• Breaks down drums up to 400 lbs. and lifts up to 70 lbs.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
