The Governance, Risk, Compliance – Audit (GRC-A) Team is responsible for aligning our technology to our enterprise business goals while managing governance, risk management, and compliance with applicable industry and government regulations. We additionally enable tools and processes with the goal of unifying these programs with SAS’s technological innovation and adoption. As an intern, you might: Research and contribute to information security polices and standards, with the objective of continually maturing operations, while meeting regulatory and compliance obligations. Help identify, analyze, evaluate, and document information security threats, vulnerabilities, related security controls, and risks in our SAS Cloud environments. Support the completion of regulatory compliance reviews and security questionnaires. Develop and manage a library of standard IT security audit control programs and checklists. Use the GRC tool to create and manage security controls, build reporting dashboards, and manage documentation. Perform security issue remediation tasks such as analysis, documentation, follow-up and retesting in response to audit findings.

Requirements

  • Degree Type in progress: Bachelor's or Master's
  • Targeted majors: Business, IT, Technical Writing, Cybersecurity, and other related fields
  • You are a college student not graduating prior to December 2026.

Responsibilities
