Requirements

• MUST have a Valid Driver's License
• MUST Submit and clean background
• Previous Experience in Security
• Required Training is preferred
• Security Guard License is preferred
• Great communication skills
• 18 years of age or older
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
• Assume responsibility for understanding and complying with Per Mar Security Services attendance expectations
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by interacting with internal/external customers in a mutually respectful manner
