About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. In this role, your ability to build meaningful connections is crucial. You will engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence, focusing heavily on customer service while working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a set schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 10 PM to 6 AM, totaling 40 hours a week. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $23, with DailyPay available for employees. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Valid state Driver's license
• Clean motor vehicle report
• At least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs

• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
