Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years riding at a high level.
• 3+ years of snow cat experience.
• Winch cat operations preferred.
• Zuaag operations preferred.
• Flexible for work hours.
• 1-2 years management experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs (raking, shoveling & lifting large metal objects).
• Operator must be able to complete PistenBully Pro-Academy; Entry-Level Snow Grooming.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a grave shift park grooming crew of between 5-7 snow cat operators.
• Build terrain park features from scratch including but not limited to; jumps, half pipes, jib features, etc.
• Delegate projects and grooming assignments.
• Visually inspect all completed work on a nightly basis.
