About The Position

Gabrielli Truck Leasing & Rental is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphics & Vinyl Installation Specialist to join our in-house Graphics Department. This role is responsible for designing custom vehicle graphics and logos, producing vinyl graphics using wide-format printers, and installing graphics on trucks, trailers, and equipment. The ideal candidate is creative, technically proficient, and comfortable working in both a design studio and a shop environment.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience operating wide-format printers and vinyl cutting equipment.
Hands-on experience installing vehicle graphics and vinyl wraps.
Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a shop environment and performing physical tasks.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in fleet graphics, vehicle wraps, or sign production.
Knowledge of different vinyl materials and application techniques.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Design logos, decals, wraps, and branding materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Prepare artwork for print, ensuring proper sizing, color accuracy, and production specifications.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet branding standards and project timelines.
Operate and maintain vinyl printers, plotters, and laminators.
Select appropriate materials (vinyl, laminate, adhesives) based on project requirements.
Perform quality checks on printed graphics prior to installation.
Install vinyl graphics, decals, and wraps on trucks, trailers, and other fleet vehicles.
Remove and replace existing graphics as needed.
Ensure installations are clean, accurate, and durable, meeting Gabrielli quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized graphics workspace.
Track projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Follow safety procedures when operating equipment and during installations.
