Zero Zone is a manufacturer of reach-in and open refrigerated and frozen food display cases as well as the refrigeration systems that work behind the scenes to cool the cases, keeping the food fresh! They also make powerful industrial refrigeration systems for food warehousing, pharmaceuticals, and even ice rinks! The company is structured across 2 divisions – the Display Case Division, located in North Prairie, WI, Waukesha, WI, and Mukwonago, WI and the Refrigeration Systems Division, located in Ramsey, MN and Dyersville, IA. The Graphics and Marketing Specialist, under the direction of the Senior Marketing Specialist, is responsible for photography and graphic design, ensuring brand consistency and strong visual messaging across the organization. This role is the lead in executing on brand strategy and website management, requiring experience in graphic design and photography, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a continuous improvement mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or content creation with a strong portfolio of work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Photography and videography experience; understanding of lighting, framing, and composition
  • Photo editing experience and knowledge of file formats, resolutions, and specs for print vs. digital
  • Strong creative thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for layout, typography, and composition
  • Concept development for new designs, campaigns, and trade show visuals
  • Creative storytelling through imagery and short‑form video
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Maintain a positive work attitude.

  • Safety toe shoes and safety glasses are required while in production areas.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk throughout the office and production areas; have use of hands and fingers to use a computer, telephone, and other office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build templates for marketing, sales, and internal communications to ensure brand consistency and efficient production.
  • Design marketing collateral, presentations, advertising, print literature, signage, newsletters, social media posts, logos, and other additional projects as needed.
  • Capture high-quality product and employee photography for use across digital and print materials
  • Edit photography to meet brand standards and creative requirements
  • Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, ensuring files are current, well‑labeled, and easily accessible
  • Design, manage, and prepare print materials, including brochures, signage, and sales collateral
  • Create trade show visuals, including booth graphics, banners, and supporting materials
  • Develop ad creative for digital campaigns
  • Produce and edit short‑form video content for social media, sales, and marketing use
  • Create and manage social media content, including asset creation, scheduling, and visual consistency
  • Maintain website, including visual updates, content refreshes, SEO, and image optimization
  • Maintain the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to translate needs into compelling visual assets
  • Other duties as assigned
