Arrow McLaren is the McLaren Racing IndyCar team located on the West side of Indianapolis. Purpose of the Role: As a Graphics Installer Technician, you will join a passionate crew that will service and maintain our IndyCar for a high-performance, high-speed experience on the track. The right candidate should have automotive graphic installation experience, preferably with IndyCar vinyl, but not required, and will be self-motivated and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will work creatively in a team atmosphere while adhering to tight deadlines and remaining calm in high pressure situations.
Requirements
- Proven minimum 2+ years of experience as an automotive graphic installer
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to complete projects under tight deadlines and quick turnaround times, including working extended hours when necessary
- Able to work off-site and travel, including to remote locations such as racetracks
- Must be able to lift and move items that are up to 60 lbs
- Attention to detail, organized, and proven experience to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Professional yet friendly personality required to interact with all team members and visitors

Responsibilities
- Adhere to Company brand guidelines, with a creative eye and attention to detail
- Detail car wrapping and logo placement before each race
- Maintain facility and track cleanliness and upkeep of equipment and area
- Collaborate closely with car chiefs and mechanics
- Adaptable to learn installing many different materials such as windscreen tear offs, window tint, heli tape, etc.
- Requires travel to races and testing events
- Other duties as assigned by the department manager
