  • Analyze AAA games for optimization opportunities.
  • Optimize driver and shader performance for graphics rendering.
  • Develop internal tools and analysis capabilities for performance improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree + 1 year work experience or expected master's degree and PhD graduates in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in programming and problem-solving skills in C/C++.
  • Knowledge of the graphics pipeline, DirectX/D3D, Vulkan, or another API, and GPU shader/kernel languages.
  • Knowledge of GPU architecture, SIMD parallelism, and bottleneck analysis.
  • Experience in software development of 3D graphics rendering applications or drivers and/or performance optimizations.
  • Experience in GPU hardware performance bottleneck analysis and performance optimizations.
  • Development of shaders in HLSL, CUDA, LLVM, SPIR-V, or similar and performance optimizations.
