About The Position

The Graphics Designer position is a is a temporary part-time as needed role working up to 10 hours a week. in the Wall, NJ office through the end of the year (2026). The Designer is responsible for taking directions from marketing staff and then creating the print and digital graphics needed for use in proposals, marketing collateral materials, presentations, etc. Position is responsible for following GES’ branding guidance including GES’ color palate, approved fonts, and logo usage. The selected candidate will collaborate with senior managers, operations staff and marketers to craft graphics and design solutions that drive engagement and performance in a variety of formats including digital advertising, proposals, social media content, presentations, video, website, and tradeshow banners. Requirements

  • Currently working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Design or similar and/or equivalent work experience with demonstrated excellence.
  • 1 year of digital graphic design experience 1 year preparing social media posts on LinkedIn experience working within established brand standards
  • Excellent command of English language, written and verbal
  • Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Acrobat, and Photoshop; Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must
  • Must be comfortable working in an agile environment with changing demands and short deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing staff to create, from concept to execution, web, email, social/digital advertising, tradeshows, video, and webinars
  • Create professional clear, concise, and appealing visual assets consistent with GES branding standards
  • Layout digital marketing communications using desktop publishing software
  • Regularly present ideas, concepts, and strategies in cohesive and visually appealing format to Marketing Director, VP of Marketing and other marketing staff as required
  • Ask questions when the task or objectives are unclear
  • Complete all assignments by or before the deadline
