The Graphics Coordinator will supervise the application of graphics through screen printing, sublimation, and laser marking. Organize Work Orders for production, maintain workflow, and determine work schedule to insure all work is completed on time. Maintain a high-quality standard. Help maintain paperwork involved with graphics application areas. Ensure all Work Instructions are followed and 5S is maintained. Set up and operate screen printing, sublimation, and laser marking as needed on medical products by performing the following duties.

  • Set up equipment to apply printed graphics on medical products made of plastic and/or metal.
  • Accurately and consistently document all tasks performed on appropriate records, including work orders, inspection sheets, and maintenance logs.
  • Organize Work Orders for production and help ensure efficiency of production.
  • Help coordinate maintenance and inventory of respective supplies.
  • Reads specifications to determine machine setup and troubleshoot issues.
  • Uses hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing equipment.
  • This position is responsible for day-to-day functional guidance, training, cross-training, and developing employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, specifically related to blueprint reading, part numbers, work order procedures, operating requirements, safety and quality
  • May assist in interviewing, hiring, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Tracks and maintains efficiency measurements to ensure productivity.
  • Helps train new employees as required.
  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Five years of screen printing, sublimation, or laser marking experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Prior leadership/supervisory experience preferred
