Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred
• Experience in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred
• Design software experience (Adobe CC, Photoshop, Art Pro, among others) a plus
• Separation software experience (Esko, Art Pro, Art Pro Plus, Pilot, among others) a plus
• Microsoft Office experience (Access, Excel, and Microsoft Word) a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail oriented with a high level of organization
• Ability to multi-task on several projects at any given time

Responsibilities

• Perform daily review of accounts and allocate tasks within the team
• Lead and act as a quality controller within the team to ensure consistency in policy application and customer service
• Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, sales, color separators, and designers
• Update graphic order sheets (GOS) used for internal and external customers
• Separate art provided by customers and submit proof and PDF to customers for approval
