Red Rock Pharmacy is looking for positive, dependable, and detail-oriented employees to join our team. We are looking for full-time Graphic/Web Designers for our Salt Lake City location. About us Red Rock Pharmacy is a closed-door, long-term-care pharmacy. Started in 2013 in downtown Salt Lake City, we have since grown to 7 locations in 4 different states and are just one branch under the family of health care companies that comprise Home Caregivers Partnership LLC (HCP). Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in graphic design (in-house or agency)
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
- Experience creating marketing materials and campaign assets
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries
- Knowledge of web design and basic UX/UI principles
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or marketing platforms (Webflow, HubSpot, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets across digital and print channels (ads, social media, email, website, presentations, and conference materials)
- Develop marketing collateral such as one-pagers, brochures, banners, and branded templates
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Create graphics for campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives
- Prepare final files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
