About The Position

Scope of Position: Responsible for coordinating graphic production on individual jobs with other team members and departments, as specified by job tasks. Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports; however, working with and coordinating the work of other team members is necessary. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Strong proficiency in sign and print graphic production processes. Strong proficiency in graphic arts with an eye for detail and quality. Proven experience in project coordination and meeting deadlines. The ability to troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective solutions. Proficiency in relevant software, such as Adobe Creative Suite. Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills. Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements Qualifications : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Education and/or Experience : Associate degree or higher, or equivalent degree from a technical school; three (3) to seven (7) years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. General Skills: Knowledge - Working knowledge of graphic sign and display production techniques and materials. Computer Skills – Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office 365, and willing to learn to use an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Self-paced ability to work in 8-hour shifts. Physical Demands: No special skills are required; May stand for long periods of time at a workbench; May be asked to perform light physical duties, lift graphic materials, climb ladders, and work with chemicals. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Employees may be exposed to skin irritation and fumes from chemical solutions and inks. There is also a risk of cuts and bruises while operating equipment, handling supplies, or working with finished products. Additionally, loud noise from fabrication shop equipment may be present. To perform work safely, functional near, far, and peripheral vision, as well as adequate hearing, may be required as directed by the supervisor.
