The position requires the person to: Perform an active role in Graphic Arts projects. Develop a strong understanding of the graphic print room’s practices, procedures and quality requirements. Prioritize projected and scheduled work to consistently meet target dates and times. Explain workflow and machinery issues and present solutions for them. Safely operate at least five pieces of equipment in the Graphic Arts print room. Share knowledge and be Proficient with all computer software used throughout the department. Assist with other duties as assigned within the department or elsewhere on request and maintain punctual attendance. Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
• Organize and interpret documents such as policies, procedure manuals and legal documents
• Ability to communicate, both oral and written
• Ability to organize and handle multiple assignments
• Ability to effectively deal with a diverse group of individuals and manage varied factual circumstances
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security
• ability to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship is a requirement
