About the position
As a Graphic Designer at Camden Homes, you will be responsible for executing the brand's visual identity and communicating the story of our homes. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of design principles to develop marketing materials that highlight our craftsmanship and engage our audience through digital content.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compelling designs for marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, signage, and print advertisements.
- Create digital assets for web, social media, and email marketing campaigns that are visually consistent with our brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce branded content that aligns with the company's vision and design ethos.
- Assist in the development and refinement of the company's brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all platforms.
- Design engaging web graphics, banners, and email templates, optimizing all design work for digital platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with external vendors for the production of printed materials.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- A 4-year degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with digital design for web and social media, including responsive design best practices.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in video editing or animation.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other web design tools.
