About The Position

First Supply is looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the visual identity of a multi-channel organization that spans plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen & bath industries. From concept to execution, you'll create compelling visual assets that strengthen our brand, support marketing campaigns, and engage both internal and external audiences. We're seeking someone who combines artistic talent with strategic thinking—someone who can tell a story through design, align visuals with brand standards, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role; experience in B2B, retail, or building materials industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  • Working knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Canva, WordPress, HubSpot, or basic HTML/CSS) a plus.
  • Strong understanding of print production processes and file setup.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual consistency.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and respond to feedback constructively.
  • Proven work experience as a graphic designer showcased in a submitted portfolio.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B, retail, or building materials industry preferred.
  • Working knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Canva, WordPress, HubSpot, or basic HTML/CSS) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & design compelling print and advertising materials including brochures, catalogs, flyers, signage, packaging, and product literature applying strategic layout design and a visual storytelling approach.
  • Create engaging digital assets to support email campaigns, social media, websites, and video content enhancing First Supply's online brand experience.
  • Create original artwork that enhances the online brand experience across websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Edit, retouch and format product photography for use across digital and print platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts to life.
  • Craft cohesive visual stories that align with brand voice and connect across all channels.
  • Maintain consistent brand elements across multiple divisions and product lines, ensuring all designs align with brand standards, project objectives, and business goals.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and showroom teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and events, including supporting trade shows with signage, displays, and printed collateral.
  • Attend and support company events in collaboration with the marketing team, providing design assistance for event materials, signage, and promotional assets as needed.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to contribute fresh, forward-thinking ideas.
  • Other duties as assigned.
